Ashley Goldman is an attorney at MR Civil Justice. Before becoming an attorney, Ashley spent over seven years working as a paralegal in personal injury, premises liability, and slip and fall cases. She then decided that she wanted to do more to advocate the rights of wronged individuals and businesses, so she went to law school.

During law school, Ashley broadened her knowledge and skills through internships with the enforcement division of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, and the in-house legal team for Fidelity Investments. After graduation, she spent time as a law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.

Ms. Goldman completed her undergraduate studies at the University of North Texas and graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University School of Law. She is licensed to practice in the state courts for Texas and Colorado and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.

As a member of the MR Civil Justice team, Ashley is eager to take on the challenges of all facets of civil litigation, including cases involving personal injury, business disputes, medical malpractice, wrongful death, insurance bad faith, and more.
