Aubrey H. Tobin is a practicing attorney licensed in the States of Michigan and Florida with his office in West Bloomfield, Michigan.  Mr. Tobinspecializes in business, transactional and real estate law and represents business organizations of all types, including corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and joint ventures. 

Mr. Tobin has been practicing law for 33 years and has represented numerous businesses and individuals in real estate, commercial transactional matters, business start up, growth and wind up matters, related estate planning and litigation.  Mr. Tobin assists clients with day-to-day business questions, commercial transactions such as sales and acquisitions, business and financial structuring and contract negotiations.  Mr. Tobin provides a full range of effective legal services to address the various challenges faced by businesses.
