Biography
Austin J. Neff won multiple jury verdicts before graduating law school, while working as a Rule 9 prosecutor for the King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office. Austin joined the prosecutor's office full-time upon graduation and developed a reputation as a prosecutor willing and able to take difficult cases to trial. Austin was quickly transitioned to felony practice, where he prosecuted South King County's violent offenders. Austin joined Osborn Machler as an associate attorney in the spring of 2021. Today, his practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death, medical malpractice, products liability, sexual abuse, and motor vehicle accidents.
Austin received his undergraduate degree from the William O'Douglas Honors College at Central Washington University and played defensive back for the Wildcats. He went on to attend the University of Washington School of law and graduated as a member of Moot Court Honor Board and the National Order of the Barristers, the highest honors for oral advocacy.
Austin was named to the Pro Bono Honors Society in recognition of his service to others during law school. He also volunteers as a guest judge and coach for University of Washington School of Law's American Association for Justice (AAJ) National Mock Trial Team.
