I am an experienced trial attorney who has handled over a thousand criminal cases ranging from Capital Murder to Shoplifting. I have received not guilty verdicts in recent trials where my clients were charged with Murder in the Second Degree, Driving While Intoxicated, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Rape. 

I have tried cases in Circuit, District, and Juvenile Courts. This extensive experience will allow me to provide you with efficient and effective representation in all types of legal matters including criminal defense and family and civil issues. While I am a passionate negotiator and skilled trial attorney, I also have a reputation among my former clients as an attorney who really listens and truly wants to help during what can often be a a difficult and confusing time. 

I have attended advanced training seminars on DWI and DWI-Drug defense, Sex Assault cases, Drug charges, and Fourth Amendment issues such as illegal stops and searches, and I am one of the few attorneys certified by the State of Arkansas to sit at the defense table in a Capital Murder trial. I am a current member and a former board member of the Arkansas Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys and have received both the President's Award and a Recognition for Service Award from that organization.
