I focus my practice in criminal defense and personal injury.  I represent clients who are charged with every level of criminal charge both in NY State and Federal Courts.  I have handled matters involving complex conspiracy charges, white collar crimes, violent felony offenses and murder.  I represent clients involved with large scale investigations involving drugs, government corruption and fraud.  I strive for results for my clients.  Most of my clients are individuals who are up against the government or in the context of civil litigation, corporate entities including insurance companies.  My goal is to bring the power of the law to the individual, to fight for the best possible outcome and to use the law and its protections to fight for my client's rights.  I have extensive trial experience and I am admitted to practice in New York State Courts, the Western District of New York and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. I live with my family in Perinton, NY and am an active member of the community.  I serve on the Zoning Board of Appeals for Perinton, NY and as an elder at Henrietta Christian Fellowship.
