Nason is an experienced family law mediator, collaborative attorney and founder of Nason Divorce Solutions, LLC in Dedham, Massachusetts.  Ms. Nason, a former litigator, has been practicing family law for over 20 years and now finds more favorable results for her clients through an array of out-of-court dispute resolution services such as mediation, collaborative law, arbitration, conciliation, case evaluation, negotiated settlements, premarital and post-nuptial agreements.  Ms. Nason is immediate Past President of the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council (MCLC), a current member of the training team for the Introductory Interdisciplinary Collaborative Law Training and a frequent lecturer and presenter in areas of collaborative law and mediation.
