Barbara Monty has been a successful trial attorney, managing partner of law firms, general counsel to an international company, trial teacher, mediator, and arbitrator.  She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, and has worked in private law firms, public companies, and as in-house counsel to a national insurance company.  While Barbara's specialty is in mediation and arbitration she has successfully tried to verdict major environmental, product defect, wrongful death, business, landslide, fire, explosion, sexual harassment, toxic tort, construction, insurance and personal injury cases.
