Biography
I represent foreign nationals on family based immigration matters. I represent employers and employees with business and professional visas, labor certifications, immigrant visas, consular representation, and naturalization matters. I advise employers on compliance and employment eligibility as required under IRCA. I train personnel on immigration compliance, including I-9, E-Verify and IMAGE. I practice group also represents individuals in all removal proceedings. I provide the most recent updates on immigration via a weekly radio show on Mondays at noon on FM Utah, where I respond to questions from listeners.
