I was born and raised in Central and Southwest Virginia, and attended undergrad and law school in this great state. I enjoy working with fellow Virginians and strive to provide them with excellent legal services.

My undergraduate career took place at Liberty University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy & Government.  During college I had the opportunity to work with youth at Tree of Life Ministries, and developed many meaningful relationships.

After a one year internship at Wilson, Garbee & Rosenberger, I began legal studies and earned a law degree from Regent University School of Law in 2004.  I was blessed to gain not only a solid legal education, but also wonderful friendships and positive working relationships with colleagues.  

Since completing my Juris Doctor, I have worked with one firm (formerly Wilson, Garbee & Rosenberger)  and have dedicated my legal practice to helping disabled individuals obtain Social Security disability benefits and helping injured workers obtain workers compensation benefits. In 2006,  I was named one of Virginia Business Magazine’s Legal Elite (Young Lawyers section).

Presently, I am the managing member of Agnew & Rosenberger PLLC.  We are working hard to expand our practice to the entire Commonwealth of Virginia.

I now reside in Forest, Virginia with my beautiful wife.  We love visiting the beach, cheering for UVA basketball, and are heavily involved in our church, Redeemer Presbyterian.
