Attorney Beau R. Layfield was born in Mansura, Louisiana. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana State University. He then received his Juris Doctorate and Bachelor of Civil Law degrees from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center of Louisiana State University. Mr. Layfield also attended St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida, where he was an intern for the Dade County District Attorney’s office. Before he established The Layfield Law Firm, LLC, Attorney Layfield worked as an attorney for a general practice law firm. During his time there, he focused on helping automobile accident victims and representing individuals dealing with family law matters.

As a young boy, Attorney Layfield’s uncle passed away in a car accident. The tragedy of the whole situation had a large effect on him and his family. It is because of this experience that Mr. Layfield focuses his practice on helping the victims of personal injury accidents.
