A native Texan, Ben relocated to Oklahoma in April 2020 after practicing law in Colorado for 6 years. After spending nearly two years building new connections in Tulsa, Ben co-founded Aycock | Aussenberg in January 2022 focussing on all areas of family law litigation including divorce, custody, alimony, child support, adoption, grandparent rights and name changes. In addition, Ben is experienced in handling cases related to Guardianships, Conservatorships, Probate, Criminal Defense, and Personal Injury. Ben received a BA in History and a minor in Business from the University of Texas at Austin and graduated from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas in 2013. When he is not working, Ben's hobbies include skiing, hiking, and tennis. On weekends, you can find him at the dog park with his two Australian Shepherds.
