Biography
Benedict C. “Ben” Di Duca is licensed to practice law in the State of California, admitted to practice law in the United States District Court, Eastern District, and is a member of the Mediation Panel for the California Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District. Mr. Di Duca earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2001 from Cal Northern School of Law. He has received advanced training in trial advocacy, presentation of evidence, evidentiary foundations, and deposition techniques. After his admission to the bar in 2001, Mr. Di Duca left private practice to serve as a Deputy District Attorney for the County of Colusa, State of California. He later returned to private practice, founding the firm that is now Di Duca Law, PC. Mr. Di Duca oversees all business and real estate transactions and all matters related to general construction law and litigation.
Mr. Di Duca was first licensed as a California General Building Contractor in 1977 and, for more than 25 years, performed work on private and public works projects throughout California. Presently, Mr. Di Duca is a license General Building Contractor and General Engineering Contractor.
Mr. Di Duca brings to the firm his substantial knowledge of business transactions, real estate development, and the construction industry, including construction methods, contracting, project management, payment disputes, construction claims, delay claims, and critical path scheduling. Mr. Di Duca’s experience in business and the construction industry sets him apart in the profession.
