Benjamen W. Murphy, better known as Ben Murphy, grew up in Griffith, Indiana. He attended college at Indiana University, earning his B.S. in Business Economics and Public Policy in 1995. He then earned his J.D. from Valparaiso University Law School in 1998. Since that time, he has been licensed to practice law in Indiana and Illinois. In 2006, Ben was admitted to practice law in the Indiana Supreme Court.

In 2015, Ben moved his law practice from Merrillville, Indiana, to his home town of Griffith, Indiana. For over 20 years, he has concentrated his law practice in criminal defense and plaintiff’s personal injury cases. He has fought for thousands of clients in protecting their rights, and in seeking fair and just compensation for clients who've suffered a personal injury. Mr. Murphy is known for his knowledge and research skills pertaining to law, and is very well versed in maneuvering the State and Federal Court systems, All of his clients' cases get the attention and detail they deserve, something that a large law firm cannot provide.
