Benjamin A. Spandau is a member at Tate Bowen Daugherty Funk Spandau. Ben focuses his practice on real estate and construction law.

Ben attended Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law where he competed in Moot Court. While clerking for two notable law firms in law school, Ben expanded his knowledge and experience in title and real estate matters. Ben graduated from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2016. Ben graduated from IUPUI with a Bachelor of Arts.

Ben has made his home in Moorseville, Indiana with his loving and supportive wife and son. Ben serves on many boards throughout Indianapolis and Indiana State bar associations where he champions for newly formed solo and small law firms and the continued expansion and evolution of the legal profession in general. In his free time, Ben enjoys gardening where he grows everything from tropical plants to tomatoes to hops. Ben also enjoys brewing beer, and being active with his friends and family.
