Benjamin has been practicing law for more than 20 years and is the owner of Benjamin Durham Law Firm. Benjamin has extensive courtroom experience in both the federal and state courts. He has represented thousands of clients -- primarily plaintiffs who have been injured in an accident and defendants in criminal cases. In the course of his career, Benjamin has defended several high-profile prosecutions. He has obtained dismissals of federal money laundering charges, drug trafficking charges, and he has won an acquittal in a first-degree murder trial.

Benjamin has lived and traveled in South America and is fluent in Spanish. He is a life member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and he has been recognized among the Top 100 trial lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers Association. He enjoys mountain biking, motorcycling, and traveling.
