Biography

I am an Olympia native and Capital High School graduate. I have practiced law in Olympia since graduating from Lewis and Clark law school in 1996. In law school, I focused on land use, environmental, real property and contract law.

I am also Vice-President of the Board for Harlequin Productions and have been a volunteer and sometime assistant coach for the Capital High School speech and debate team.

My work team includes my principal land use paralegal, Doreen Milward, who was trained in land use by Sandy Mackie, of Owens Davies Mackie, who was the premier land use attorney in southwest Washington until departure from the firm.

I represent clients on both public and private construction -- from contract to claim.
