Mr. Hamlet graduated from Norfolk Academy in 1995. Ben attended Old Dominion University on a baseball scholarship and was awarded the Wilkins-Howard Scholar-Athlete of the Year in 1999. He then earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2002 and was admitted to the Virginia State Bar the same year.

Since 2002, Ben has acquired extensive trial experience, which has allowed him to develop an intimate understanding of the law and sharpen the skills necessary to be a fierce advocate for those he serves.  Ben's clients will find that he provides a high level of personal commitment and agressive representation in and out of the courtroom.

Mr. Hamlet also serves as the race director and fundraiser for the All In All The Time Foundation's Annual Memorial Ruck that winds through scenic Seashore State Park and along the oceanfront every November.

Ben and his wife live in Virginia Beach with their two daughters. In his spare time, you can find Ben competing in an adventure race, relaxing at the beach, working out at Wareing’s Gym or exploring the mountains with his family.
