He has some impressive credentials: published author, MBA, experience working in fast-paced business law firms, and helping over 150 small business owners buy, build, or sell their businesses.

But don’t let that scare you.  Ben is deathly allergic to using academic legal jargon and following the big law firm mentality of milking every last dime out of clients.

You’ll probably never see him wearing a tie. (In fact, if you do, tell him “Gotcha” and he’ll buy you a coffee or beer!)

He’s seen the good, the bad, and the nasty of small business workings. Ben’s clients rave about his “deal instincts” and ability to strike the right balance between bulldog and marshmallow.

When he’s not wearing his lawyer hat, Ben enjoys spending time exploring the outdoors of Colorado with his two sons.
