Biography

Benjamin graduated from law school and was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 2016. After graduating, he joined the Department of Child Services as a staff attorney. While at DCS, he handled all aspects of child welfare litigation. During law school, Benjamin worked for the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office, the Indiana Court of Appeals, the Indiana Supreme Court, and the office of the Indiana Attorney General. He has experience in all phases of both criminal and civil litigation, from pre-trial negotiations to post-verdict appeals. His areas of interest include family law, DCS defense, general litigation, and appellate law.
