In the course of a broad civil litigation practice, I represent a wide array of clients in disputes involving professional negligence, copyright infringement, breach of contract and other business agreements, insurance coverage, loan defaults, personal injuries, construction defects, and violations of state and federal law and regulations.

Also, I assist clients with the formation of corporations, limited liability companies and other business entities, and I have prepared and reviewed agreements pertaining to the management, operation and sale of business assets and contracts for employment.  I represent health care providers, Adult Family Homes and other assisted living facilities with respect to licensing issues, governmental enforcement actions, and other disputes.
