Bernardo Carbajal focuses his practice on personal injury, Social Security Disability law, and workers’ compensation. Steadfast and relentless, Bernardo is a skilled advocate who strives to bring his clients the best results possible. A first generation Mexican-American, Bernardo is passionate about helping immigrants. In fact, he was selected to serve on the Interbranch Commission on Gender, Racial & Ethnic Fairness.

Prior to joining the team at HGSK, he represented tenants facing eviction. Now, he contributes to many Spanish and English radio programs to talk about community-relevant legal topics. He has also served as a member of the Act 47 Community Committee and the Rebuilding Reading Commission.
