Beth M. Brockmeyer is an attorney in the Milwaukee office and a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy group. She advises clients regarding the intersection of bankruptcy law and business termination, dissolution of marriage, and tax law. Beth provides a sensitive, highly detailed, and individual approach to solving the financial problems of both individuals and businesses. Beth joined the firm in 2021, bringing with her extensive experience in representing individuals and businesses in complex bankruptcy proceedings, along with experience in foreclosure litigation. Beth formerly represented one of the largest US lenders on its residential foreclosure portfolio. She is a speaker and author on various consumer and business bankruptcy topics. Beth is a former board member of the Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Creditor’s Rights Section of the Wisconsin State bar.
