In 2020 Mr. Benjy was honored with a coveted AV Preeminent peer review rating from Martindale-Hubble. Also, in 2018 through 2022, he has been repeatedly and consistently honored annually as a "Super Lawyer" by Super Lawyers Magazine, also by way of peer review by other attorneys.
Mr. Benjy is a graduate of USC Law School (Class of 2000; Order of the Coif (top 10% of class)) and has had the privilege of practicing law at some of the nation's must reputable law firms, including the former Dewey Ballantine LLP and Greenberg Glusker Fields Claman Machtinger & Kinsella LLP. Until early 2017 he was a litigation partner at a regional firm specializing in creditor rights practice.
In his 21 years as a practicing, full time attorney, he has been involved in a wide breath of transactional and litigation matters including labor and employment, real estate and financial elder abuse matters.
