Since being admitted to the bar in 1981, Attorney Bob Germany has passionately represented individuals and small businesses throughout Mississippi. With extensive experience in litigation, he has conducted dozens of bench trials and over seventy jury trials, earning a reputation for his fearless and tenacious approach. His skills have led to his membership in the American Board of Trial Advocates, where he holds the rank of Advocate. Bob has been involved in several significant cases, including the In re Fosamax Products Liability Litigation against Merck & Co., Inc., and the In re Aredia and Zometa Products Liability Litigation against Novartis. He notably tried four bellwether cases in MDL-1760, with one case being recognized as a Top Ten National Jury Verdict by Law360 in 2009. Admitted to all courts in Mississippi, Bob also practices in various federal courts across the country and has tried jury cases in states such as California, Montana, New Jersey, and North Carolina.
