He began his legal career as a Assistant State's Attorney in Polk County, Florida. He prosecuted Circuit and County Court cases in the 10th Judicial District of Florida.

Prior to Hall Johnson LLC, Bonde was a trial lawyer with two prominent southeastern Connecticut law firms and has tried jury cases throughout Connecticut Courts. His "working mans" background and personality endears him to jurys, and client's a like. Having owned and operated an excavation company, a septic installation company and being a professional musician, he is at ease in any surrounding.
