Brad L. Sklencar is an experienced civil litigation attorney representing businesses and professionals in commercial litigation disputes involving business contracts, commercial leases, torts, construction, intellectual property, products liability, labor and employment, and professional negligence.  

He performs contract review and represents insurers, owners, contractors, architects, and engineers, in construction defect and professional negligence litigation, and surety litigation.  

He also represents public and private employers against claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and disputes concerning federal and state employment laws, non-competition agreements, covenants of confidentiality, and protection of trade secrets.
