Brad D. Wilkinson, Esq. is principal shareholder in Wilkinson Law Firm, P.C., focusing on commercial and residential real estate transactions, estates, and creditor representation in bankruptcy, collections, and foreclosure.  Since 2003, Mr. Wilkinson has served as General Counsel and VP of Home-Land Title in Flowood, Mississippi.  He holds a BBA degree from Mississippi State University and graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Law.  During his 19 years of practice he has served as senior attorney for the MS Department of Revenue and Assistant District Attorney for Madison/Rankin Counties.  Mr. Wilkinson is licensed to practice in all State and Federal courts in Mississippi as well as the 5th Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court.  He is a licensed real estate broker, Member of the American, Mississippi, and Rankin County Bar Associations, member and past Chairman of the Metro YMCA of Jackson Mississippi, and member of St. Matthews United Methodist Church.  His wife and three boys reside in Madison, Mississippi.
