Brad grew up observing his father, who is also an attorney, fight for people involved in disputes with insurance companies. At Harris Personal Injury Lawyers, Brad is proud to continue the family tradition of passionate advocacy for injured people. Brad started his career working for a large insurance defense firm in Orange County, gaining valuable insight into the strategies and tactics that insurance companies employ. Brad now uses that insight and experience to help injured people and their families who are going up against big insurance companies.

Brad received his Juris Doctor from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 2008, where he served as a Senior Editor of the BYU Law Review and graduated cum laude. While in law school, Brad was elected president of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society, served on the executive committee of the Utah State Bar’s Dispute Resolution Section, and was awarded the J. Reuben Clark Public Interest Award in recognition of his pro bono service in the community. He became a certified mediator during law school and taught a pre-law course in mediation and conflict resolution at Brigham Young University’s undergraduate campus. Brad holds a bachelor of arts in Spanish translation with a minor in linguistics from Brigham Young University.

Brad is licensed to practice law throughout the State of California, and is a member of the State Bar of California, San Luis Obispo County Bar Association, the Consumer Attorneys of California, and the Central Coast Trial Lawyers Association.

One of Brad’s favorite past times is studying foreign languages. He is fluent in Spanish and also speaks Italian. Brad also studies French and American Sign Language. Brad is an avid film buff and loves to play basketball and spend time with his family.
