Bradley R. Kirk is the lead litigation attorney at the firm. He is a certified specialist in trust and probate law, and over his 29-year career, Mr. Kirk has tried over 100 trust/probate cases in the Southern California Courts. Mr. Kirk manages a team of skilled trust/probate litigators and handles all manner of complex trust/probate cases. Mr. Kirk personally manages all of the Firm’s cases and he is supported by a talented team of litigators, paralegals, and support staff. The Firm handles all manner of complex trust/probate litigation from simple disputes to multi-faceted and multi-county cases. Interestingly, most of the Firm’s cases are referred by other trust/probate lawyers whose clients need specialized assistance in dealing with complex trust/probate litigation matters.
