Brad is a trusts and estates attorney with the law firm of Earp Cohn P.C. His practice is dedicated exclusively to estate planning, trust and estate administration, probate litigation, tax planning for individuals and closely-held businesses, and charitable giving.

Brad is unique because he handles estate planning and administration, as well as estate litigation. Most trusts and estates lawyers will focus on either planning or litigation, but generally not both.
