Biography

Mr. Eidson’s practice encompasses many areas of complex civil litigation, both at the trial and appellate level, and he has appeared in federal courts throughout the country. His intellectual property experience includes litigation involving patent infringement, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, trademark dilution, trade dress infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and unfair competition.
