I am a partner in the Ann Arbor firm, Biggs & Gunst P.C.  After gaining experience while an associate at several personal injury law firms in the Detroit Metro area I formed Biggs & Gunst P.C. with my partner Scott Gunst.  Together we strive to offer our clients a positive attorney experience, one that focuses on our drive to serve our clients and our community through thoughtful and thorough representation as well as active community service.   

In addition to my personal injury experience I am a Michigan certified and court roster eligible mediator.  I focus my mediation services in the areas of general civil mediation; auto accidents and Michigan No-Fault claims; small claims.  I offer mediation to those represented through their counsel as well as individuals who would like to mediate their differences rather than litigate them.
