Brandon was born and raised in the Hampton Roads area.  He graduated from Regent University School of Law and received his undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University.  While at Washington and Lee, Brandon was an NCAA Division III student-athlete as a member of the men’s varsity swim team and was voted a team co-captain his senior year by his teammates.  Prior to attending Washington and Lee, he graduated from Nansemond-Suffolk Academy in Suffolk, Virginia.

He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Virginia and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.  Currently, Brandon's practice areas include civil litigation, criminal law, family law, and traffic/DUI cases.

Brandon is a member of several professional organizations including the Virginia State Bar, the Virginia Bar Association Young Lawyer’s Division, the Suffolk Bar Association, the Virginia Beach Bar Association, and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.
