Beyond his civilian practice, Brandon is a Lieutenant Colonel in the Marine Corps Reserve, serving as a judge advocate. His military career highlights include roles as a military judge, prosecuting attorney, defense counsel, and law of war attorney, with combat experience in Iraq.
