Biography

Waugh Law & Mediation provides mediation services and selected legal services. Brenda provides mediation services in many areas including civil litigation, family law, employment, small business, insurance, education, and civil disputes. Brenda provides training and program design for communties and schools implementing restorative justice and restortative practices. Brenda has extensive training in mediation, negotiation, and collaborative practice in addition to working as a litigator as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney. She has authored three law review articles and conducted hundreds of workshops and speaking engagements in the United States and Canada.
