Brendan D.S. Way has been an integral member of JLG Lawyers since 2022. After graduating from Trinity College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, he pursued a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law. Mr. Way was admitted to the California Bar in 2008, and before joining Mary Alexander & Associates he worked predominantly on traumatic brain injury cases for 5 years, and prior to that as a litigation associate for cases involving toxic torts and premises liability. He serves as a Board Member of the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC) and their education and legislative committees. In 2021 he was nominated as a finalist for the CAOC Consumer Attorney of the Year for his work on the Ghost Ship Warehouse Fire cases. With significant experience as a defense lawyer, Mr. Way uses his comprehensive understanding of the law to serve clients.
