Brennan represents clients throughout the region in a variety of legal matters. He founded his practice on building a relationship with each and every one of clients in which each case is given the highest level of priority and diligence, regardless of how big the case might be.

Throughout his legal career, Brennan has prosecuted and defended hundreds of felony and misdemeanor criminal charges as well as represented clients at the district and circuit court level in matters involving child custody, divorce, modification and various other domestic relations issues. He has regularly counseled and advised individuals regarding the filing of bankruptcy petitions and helped defend against debt collectors in non-bankruptcy proceedings.
