Brennan was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. He graduated from Georgia Tech with a B.S. in 2002 and obtained his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law in 2005. 

He has practiced law in the State of Georgia for over 15 years. During that time, he has represented thousands of individuals in Personal Injury, Family Law, Immigration and Criminal Defense cases.
