Mr. Panter has also been involved in Multi District Litigation regarding Baycol a cholesterol lowering drug against Baycol, In Re Bayer Corp., (MDL - 1431 D. Minn.) and is currently involved in Multi District Litigation involving Vioxx against Merk Corp., In Re Vioxx Products Liability Litigation (MDL -1657 E.D.La.)
