Biography

Brett Andrew Schubert concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and business transactions. He works with private and public companies in connection with formation, structuring, and other business-related transactions such as asset and stock-based acquisitions and debt positioning. Brett represents numerous lenders, property owners, developers, landlords, and tenants in connection with residential and commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, developments, and commercial leasing transactions (including office, retail and industrial). He also works with borrowers and lenders in all areas of secured lending, including foreclosures.
