Brett Hollett has resided in Birmingham for over twenty-seven years and is a graduate of the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. He also holds a B.S., Economics, from Birmingham Southern College.

Prior to joining Turnbull Holcomb & LeMoine PC, Brett was a partner at a local law firm where he focused on personal injury and criminal defense work. Brett’s main focus throughout his legal career has been centered around helping people. He truly believes the best way to do that is to first listen to his clients’ needs and then provide them with a voice to help level the playing field. His practice is concentrated in the areas of Personal Injury, Auto Accidents and Wrongful Death. He understands how important each case is and appreciates the opportunity to serve and help his clients in their time of need.

Brett has a Superb 10 Lawyergist Rating and he has been included in National Trial Lawyers Top 100 from 2014-2021. Also, in 2014, Brett was included in National Trial Lawyers Top 40 under 40. Brett has been recognized by B-metro as one of Birmingham’s Top Lawyers from 2016-2020 and was awarded Stars of the Bar attorney by B-Metro Magazine in 2019.

Brett currently resides in Vestavia with his wife Lydia and his son Griffin.
