Mr. Miller is an AV rated attorney who focuses his practice on labor and employment law and fair housing litigation.  He is admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.  He has represented business clients in both federal and state court venues, before the EEOC and MDCR, and in labor arbitrations.  

Mr. Miller received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.  As a law student, Mr. Miller was a member of the Law Review and Moot Court Board of Directors.  Prior to law school, Mr. Miller received a B.A. in history from James Madison University, cum laude, with distinction.  

He has published articles in the University of Detroit Mercy Law Review as well as the University of Kentucky Law Review and is a frequent contributor to the Healthcare Human Resources Association’s newsletter.  Mr. Miller is a member of the Michigan State Bar, The American Bar Association, the Oakland Bar Association, and the Healthcare Human Resources Association.
