Biography

Brett’s practice is focused mainly on patent litigation, but throughout his career he has handled all aspects of obtaining, enforcing, and defending intellectual property. That experience has included patent drafting and prosecution, patent reexaminations, inter partes reviews, patent opinions, portfolio development and acquisitions, and licensing.
