Brett Greiner grew up very close to the Edison office of Levinson Axelrod, P.A.  He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami, and then attended the Dickinson School of Law at Penn State where he was honored as a member of The Order of the Barristers.

More recently, Brett was selected as a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers in 2011. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney and is also a member of the American Association for Justice and the Middlesex County Trial Lawyers Association.

Being a motorcycle enthusiast as well as a lawyer helps Brett understand the realities on the road that confront riders, as well as the complex legal issues that can arise after an accident. Brett is one of the law firm's Partners and handles a variety of case types including auto accidents, construction accidents, slip and fall injuries, motorcycle accidents, nursing home abuse and negligence, and medical malpractice.
