I have been practicing complex civil litigation in Colorado since 1999.  I represent people who are injured, companies that are in litigation with other companies, and people whose insurance companies are not paying what they should. 

I practice in trial courts throughout Colorado and in appellate courts in both the State and Federal system, including the United States Supreme Court.  I believe in being compassionate and supportive toward my clients while providing aggressive professional represenation. 

When I file a lawsuit, I plan on winning and do what it takes to get my clients everything they deserve.  I believe that being prepared to take a case all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary is the best way to achieve a fast and fair settlement if the other side is reasonable and the only way to get what you deserve if the other side opts for being unreasonable.  So, that is what I do.
