Brian A. Picarello, Esq. is an attorney licensed to practice law in the state of New York. Prior to practicing law, Brian earned his undergraduate degree from New York University in the fields of Psychology and Social Work. Being employed at both non-profit and government agencies afforded him the opportunity to service a diverse clientele. 

For over a decade, Brian has acted as an advocate for children, HIV positive individuals, low-income families, homeless persons, domestic violence survivors, and youthful offenders across several different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds in both Nassau and Suffolk Counties.

While working full-time and providing for a family of his own, Brian earned his Juris Doctorate from Touro Law School, graduating with multiple honors and awards. His approach to practicing law is the same approach that made him a successful advocate in the community; care. Brian understands that whatever it is you are facing, it is the most important thing in your life. Brian has successfully handled cases in Family Court, District Court, and Supreme Court; is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association, and Suffolk County Bar Association; Suffolk County Criminal Bar Association; volunteers his time handling cases for the Nassau County Coalition Against Domestic Violence; and continues to be actively involved with the community agencies that he has fostered relationships with over the past 10+ years.
