I represent employees in all aspects of employment law and landlords in all aspects of California landlord-tenant law. I represent clients at trial and at arbitration (private trials). I deal with labor law matters, including: disability (health) discrimination, wrongful termination, whistleblower retaliation, fair employment and housing act cases, unemployment benefits appeals, wage and hour, labor commissioner hearings, employment arbitration agreements, cases before the Merit Systems Protection Board ("MSPB"), and sexual harassment.

I am a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA), an organization dedicated to the representation of California employees.
