Before law school, Mr. Swan was a real estate broker. Finding his passion for advocacy, he went to law school in Cleveland, Ohio. There, he clerked, interned, and worked closely with some of Ohio's top litigators, including one attorney who's argued in front of the U.S. Supreme Court three times in his career. 

Mr. Swan is a published author and accomplished public speaker. In 2006, he was ranked among the top 30 public speakers in the world after representing the state of Utah in Toastmasters' international speech competition. His law school experience, writing, and speaking abilities gives him the perfect arsenal of tools for effectively representing his clients, arguing their case, and obtaining the best possible outcomes. Every area of law he practices resonates with him at a personal level, which adds a refreshing passion for his clients' cases—a trait his clients absolutely love because they know that he truly understands the importance of the issues their dealing with.
