Brian's passion lies in helping individuals and business avail themselves of the legal protections of and recourse provided by our courts.

Brian advocates for individuals  injured at work, in a car wreck, or harassed by their employer or spouse.  He guides businesses through partnership disputes and dissolutions, domestic abuse actions, and tax appeals. Another area of his practice includes representing bail agents and surety companies.    

Brian's ability to effectively advocate for his clients is attributed to his vast experiences.  Prior to becoming an attorney, Brian worked as a claims adjuster for a major insurance company and as a deputy clerk in the court system.  After law school, Brian worked for a small firm which primarily represented employers.

Brian is licensed to practice in North Carolina and is a member of the 28th Judicial District and State Bar.
