Brian E. Shea, Esq., is a licensed Attorney at Law in the State of New Jersey and the State of New York, and is a partner with Meyerson, Fox, Mancinelli & Conte, P.A. Mr. Shea currently primarily practices in the area of matrimonial litigation, but also handles guardianship matters. Prior to becoming associated with this firm he was associated with Donahue, Hagan, Klein, Newsome & O'Donnell, P.C. Where he specialized exclusively in family law related matters. He received his undergraduate degree from St. Joseph's University and his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. Mr. Shea has been in private practice since September 2006. From September 2005 through August, 2006, he served a one year judicial clerkship in the Superior Court of New Jersey for the Honorable James B. Convery, Lead Dissolution Judge, Chancery Division, Family Part, Essex Vicinage.  Mr. Shea is also a graduate of the American Bar Association Section of Family Law National Institute for Trial Advocacy, an intensive professional training program in the art of Trial Skills.  Mr. Shea is also a Court Approved . Shea is also a past Vice Chairman of the Supreme Court's District Fee Arbitration Committee for Bergen County District II-B, as well as having served as a member of the Juvenile Conference Committee for many years.
